Sponsorship Agreement

‍This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] between Melted Crayons Mission ("MCM"), a for-profit company, and [Sponsor Name] ("Sponsor").

1) Purpose

MCM organizes events and initiatives that deliver brand visibility and community impact. Sponsor desires to support MCM's event, [Event Name], in exchange for agreed sponsorship benefits.

4) MCM Responsibilities

MCM agrees to:
1) Fulfill the agreed sponsorship benefits as described in Section 2.
2) Provide Sponsor's logo and brand visibility as promised.
3) Manage the event and related promotions at MCM's sole discretion.

5) Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsor agrees to:
1) Provide high-resolution logos and any necessary marketing assets within [X] days of signing.
2) Refrain from using MCM's name or imagery without prior written consent.

6) Use of Funds

Sponsor acknowledges that MCM operates as a for-profit business and retains full discretion over the allocation of sponsorship funds, provided that MCM delivers the agreed sponsorship benefits.

7) Liability

MCM is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event. Sponsor's sole remedy for breach is a refund of sponsorship fees, limited to undelivered benefits.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice if the other materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure within [X] days of receiving notice.

9) Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between MCM and Sponsor and supersedes all prior discussions.
