An Arts and Humanities Project to Help Kids After Home Fires

Fueled by a deep sense of gratitude and a calling higher than stages, we made the necessary shift from painting large backdrops that toured the world behind legendary rock bands, to now placing color into the hands of a single child, and many children at a time, as The Melted Crayon Mission. We support the arts in full, with a focus on the vital role in the moments when childhood is interrupted by hardship, disabilities, loss, and the uncertainty.

Whether it’s through emergency handouts, school visits, or public events, our mission is to play a role in a child’s journey—one colored with creativity, self-expression, and support when needed. What once flew behind icons now stands behind children who need a way to process, escape, heal, or carry onward. Experience and belief propel this mission forward into a long future while leaving something along the way that matters.
